But it wasn't the Germans who organized the Nuremberg trials.
America submitting to external judgment like that I'm entirely not sure about, no matter how objectively wrong they are.

@Tubemeister @useravoiding @DeanFarrell @binford2k No but one part of America WILL face victor's justice at the hands of the other no matter which side wins. This is normal in any war fought to the bitter end when a negotiated peace is impossible. Hitler's regime was given a choice: surrender uncondtionally or be pounded to death by whole divisions of Soviet artillery blasting the rubble to get the remaining Nazis.
