Today is the Transgender Day of Remembrance, where we acknowledge and remember the thousands of trans lives lost to violence and transphobia.

I have deliberately chosen to not use a content warning on this post, as I will not hide the pain, hurt and anger that our community is feeling. I apologise to my trans peers who don't wish to see more pain on their timelines, but I want the cis people in my timeline to see this and understand!
