Ok, this is leaving me kinda reeling. This trans girl, who I've seen around (online) but not in like 1-2 years, makes a post with a LinkedIn-style headshot. She goes on a whole diatribe about how she knows *exactly* why were "losing the battle for trans rights." And she ties it back to her own success and how there isn't enough good representation of trans women. (Yes, women, not men or NB's apparently) She then mentions how her bf has said the same thing, how she's the only successful trans woman he knows of. But nowhere does she actually offer a solution, other than "get our faces out there." So. I called her out. Where are the solutions? What's she doing? Is she correcting her bf? Why has she allowed him to believe this for so long? And why is her last post in *any* trans space 3+ years ago?? You don't get to barge in, "seagull manage" the community, and then act surprised when people take it personally. Be a part of the fight. Don't just tell everyone else what to do.
