@sidereal at my last job the CEO would ignore every positive idea their employees had, but forced us to uncritically try every empty idea his delusional CEO friends hallucinated. His CEO friends would even share the tests they performed, & you could always tell where their engineers fudged the statistics to please their boss. But he did it anyways 'cause he was a classist prick.
