Credit where it's due: The motor on our 4 year old #Shark vacuum cleaner started making unhappy screaming noises; bearings or something 🤷 Dug through my emails to figure out the exact model number to search for parts etc. and discovered still under warranty (5 years). Completed their warranty form last Saturday, and received a prepaid DPD label by reply together with an apology that they'd have to replace it with their new model. Received a brand new (probably reconditioned?) vacuum today!
