I wonder what the billionaire tax on the California ballot will do to rich people's spending on other propositions.
If it turns out they neglect other fights to focus on the tax, maybe we should put one on the ballot every year!

That would be a huge organizational lift for a feint, but it could get easier over time. If you devote energy to training a network of volunteer signature gatherers, you could lean on them more over time.
