My biggest struggle here was actually finding a soldering tip that worked for me. As much as I was wowed by the pinecil devices I'm getting more and more frustrated with them as a person that almost always solders tiny stuff (0402 or smaller). I rly struggled transfering the heat into my joints. Using a weller with a similar tip worked fineish enough.

But I also might just not know enough about how to solderer tiny. I'm rly struggeling with rapid oxidization at 315°C for lead free solder. In turn heat transfer is a problem and I would generally love to get some knowledge on how to clean up and fix my solders at these dimensions. Instead of melting the solder I often only scraped over it and transformed it that way >.< In the end I managed, but this struggle can't be the be all end all of soldering at sub milli scale??
