Overall the app just feels "right" now. Previously there was always a part of the app which I knew was a bit of a compromise, but now I'm just plain happy with it. I worked with @rafa on the design side, which really helped me to sure up all the UX rough edges which have lingered in prior releases. It feels both native and novel to me, and a great example of what years of steady work can accomplish. Give it a try: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/pedometer/id712286167

@_Davidsmith @rafa the visuals, the animations, the features. It all feels right and fits perfectly together. Your work clearly has paid off, and like you said, it feels novel yet familiar. Makes me want to try it out and get excited about the fun presentation. Congratulations on the release!

@_Davidsmith very excited for this!! Out of curiosity, is an iPad app that only manages the maps and gpx tracks and imports to Pedometer++ something that’s possible in the future?

@_Davidsmith @rafa I updated to Pedometer++ 8.0, but the Watch app looks the same. I restarted the Watch, but still no change (Apple Watch 10, iPhone is the latest Pro Max, both with up to date OSes)
