@sos Often, the crunch is only happening as the result of a deadline management set for when they’ll be laying off the people working to get something out the door. It’s not a coincidence when a game ships and the next week, hundreds of the people who worked on it are out of the job. Those things were planned months in advance to coincide, but management only decided to mention one of those dates to their employees, to maximize output.
