Our son is eligible to vote for the first time today. My Mum has limited mobility since her recent heart attack. Son has informed me that he is voting Green, Mum has just made it to and from the polling station unaccompanied and tells me she voted Green 💚

@sharongascoigne@mastodonapp.uk 💚💚💚 So happy your son's voting. Thats the first hurdle. I hope he considers joining the party. The biggest political movement for his age group in the UK. He would be among friends. Hooray for your Mum. Im so glad shes engaging even with mobility issues and a challenging start to 2026. Xx I've had such an eye opening few weeks. #VoteGreen

@sharongascoigne@mastodonapp.uk There will be green votes coming from this household later too, although we're in a very strong Conservative/Reform ward. It'll be interesting to see if there's any shift though.
