A #VPN is basically a secure tunnel for network traffic from point A to point B. It's used in organizations, businesses, industry, military, government, etc. The bigger judicial question is: what constitutes a "bypassing of age restrictions"? Does it mean any use of VPNs? Will state governments subpoena VPN services for their logs?
