hey there, john, pal, buddy right now you specifically are the main character in a revelation that you and the other conservative-minded justices were using the "shadow docket" procedure to quickly make decisions without proper debate the first decision to go through this "shadow docket" was a cancellation of an obama-era environmental regulation and, apparently, the justification for the whole thing was that the regulation would be too expensive for the fossil fuel industry unless there's something in the u.s. constitution that says the economy has to be protected at all costs, i don't see how that's an apolitical decision explain that, please
