There's no achievement for it but Izanami does acknowledge if you get all 35 S Ranks. I'm not sure anybody other than me has done that yet though.

I didn't play Fractured Soul for speed, nor Mighty Switch Force, nor Kubinashi Recollection. This won't be enough to push me down the S rank rabbit hole in ghostgaem
