@Wen Yeah it's the "AI is magic and knows better than you so pay the subscription" hype but then I've developed a streak of cynicism towards running industry products (and the vast marketing as content reservoir of YouTube and podcasts) - it's the most elemental and simple possible sport/exercise and you "need" none of it beyond shoes that fit properly and some bounce.
