There is an interesting microfiction opportunity. A lot of material revolves around The Purge in the US, but what it does not hilight is that on this day everyone has a day off. What if Labour Day originally evolved from The Purge in the US? We killed the capitalist class comrades and now we celebrate this day symbolically by giving everyone the day off!
