@neocolapsar same actually, although it seems like we are the most angola-esque group of the school.. also focus on singing & music a lot actually going to an event our group is doing on the weekend in the mountains where we’ll have a lot of music/jams, taking some guitars, djembe, as well as the normal berimbaus/pandeiro/atabaque/etc we also have a few people that used to be in other groups, like two from Senzala, one person from Dendé i believe, so it is pretty diverse lol

    @lina That sounds great! There was a Senzala group in a neighbor town, with Contramestre Pedro. So my group and their group used to exchange classes and events. Unfortunately Cm Pedro had to cease activity for personal reasons and the Senzala group ceased to exist. In August (3 to 8 August) there will be in my town the 4th edition of the Festival Capoeira Sul da Bahia. It's an international capoeira festival that brings many different groups from around the world and offers, besides capoeira, other activities and shows. You should come. :D
