@jilleduffy I literally read it as point of sales but audibly call it a piece of shit so people remember it better, particularly through training. Training is always so dull for employees so when I could work and train when it wasn't video or computer based training I liked spicing up training in ways that my employees would NEVER forget very specific(but boring) things. Even though I unfortunately forgot a bulk of my employees faces and names let alone which job I was training them in.
