Walking is good enough
- The guidelines are 150 minutes of moderate activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity a week. It doesn’t really matter how you get that.
- The evidence shows that 7,000 or more steps a day provides a substantial health benefit.
- The best form of exercise is the exercise you do regularly.
