I review (reviewed) because I believe in the cause, not because I get some stupid digital token.

@Guillawme @annakcroft @adredish @foaylward So, some history here. Back in 2012 Elsevier ran a challenge to crowd source solutions for making reviewing more appealing. My suggestion (runner up winner), make it easy (with software annotation etc) and a systemic change, the others "gamify this shit with metrics".
