@nickheer FWIW, after reading it, I spent a few hours cleaning up my photos last night and putting the important ones on a backup drive. iCloud/iTunes has lost more than a few files for me over the years.

@jblake @nickheer I have the Parachute app setup to backup automatically to my NAS thankfully because I, for a long time (having heard a couple of horror stories of massive data loss on iCloud) have absolutely not trusted it
