That's a class 10.9. Alloy steel, tempered and quenched with a proof of 830MPa, tensile of 150kPSI, and yield of 940MPa with a hardness of at LEAST HRC32. Meaning 1049N/mm^2.
You have to MASSIVELY fuck up to strip one of those.

@rootwyrm No one’s arguing I’m not a massive fuckup but I doubt I was the fist to fuckup this job. According to my shop manual that bolt should have been only tightened to 18-22 Nm
