In the 90s there was a band Deep Forest that took traditional music and remixed it with electronic beats and things.
One of the ones I loved was Sweet Lullaby.
When I got older, I learned that Deep Forest had some "controversies" especially around this song, where they did not get permission for its use.
Sweet Lullaby is actually a Baegu lullaby called Rorogwela and it's so much more beautiful in its original:

@serge@babka.social Beautiful voice actually, so natural and soothing! I always wanted to get the original recording of the sample used in Enigma's "Return to innocence", I just love that song but then I knew they also took some recordings, if I'm not mistaken, from Thailand, without attribution.
