    @starlabssystems@mastodon.social I saw that this was an option when setting up my StarFighter and did a bit of reading about it. My sources said that there are performance benefits of using this type of encryption when compared with traditional software encryption such as LUKS. It also meant that I didn't have to manually configure my FDE when installing Void, which I usually botch a few times before getting it right. It's definitely a solid option to have.
