@llorenzin in a logically-organized world this would be a good thing. instead of wasting 5+ years code-monkeying for FAGMAN or a series of shitty bay-area startups young computer scientists could pursue advanced degrees to acquire the skills to be more competent software architects and actually push the limits of what can be done, with the added bonus of filtering out annoying-ass brogrammers who are only in it for the money. as it actually exists though... (china is doing this btw.)
