What is happening now in #Luisiana is a ... test
and if it works ... other states controlled by #Trump and his fanatics will do the same
It is NOT possible to have '#midterm elections' or any election if
many States declare a 'national emergency' and therefore suspend elections.
No more 'will of the people' in the #USA
and...
