@pawka Exactly. A solution would be to hang a solar mesh node in a tree in the park, as a post box. People could walk by and the phone in their pocket would exchange messages with the box (via WiFi, Bluetooth or LoRa). That would be not a guarantee that the people are safe from being tracked and caught, but way better than having a node at their home.
