@mimarek Excellent article, and I believe it's valid. I've been at a loss to understand why so many people seem to cling to a helplessness, are unable to adapt to changing circumstances, and it has been really irritating to witness. Back in the day, we lived without "helicopter parents". We learned to survive on our own, to analyse situations and problem-solve. (The concepts in this article also apply to those growing up before the 1960s ...before the research )
