@dalias @IzzyOnDroid @niedlichenacktschnecke @e_mydata personally, I'd rather have no #Google Services whatsoever on my #Android device, as I don't use any #Apps dependant on it but and instead use @fdroidorg to install and update them ("#Sideloading" is a corpo's hatespeech term!)… I don't have any interest in Apps that demand said services nor act like #malware by trying to probe for #root access.But I am pro - user choice & -ownership and see #microG as an improvement & option…

@dalias So far i've only seen lineage os as a way to keep old phones working longer. Thanks a lot for pointing out microG for me! I need a few and want a few more apps where installing them outside the play store would be a major hassle. MicroG could be a way for me! @kkarhan @IzzyOnDroid @e_mydata
