Our next featured creator has a "love/hate affair with common tropes." What's your relationship with tropes?
I've been sandbagged by them but I still love 'em.
They're the frame that makes the field for my stories to play in. Their constraints provide the impetus to imagine something different.
Take a trope twist it. Apply it in a different way.
