Am I forgetting previous cases, or is this a new form of ageism, in which young people are legally denied agency *even after they have become adults*?

@miramarco@blob.coffee imo it's just another "government is your dad" legislation paving the way to more invasive measures (when the inevitable fascist government comes around). The age thing is just designed to avoid backlash.
