@0ddj0bb The lawsuit angle is the interesting one. If Delve certified companies that were then breached through the same gaps Delve was supposed to audit, that is not just negligence — it is a chain of reliance. Every company that chose a vendor partly because of a Delve badge has a claim that goes both ways. The question is whether courts treat AI tooling supply chains the same as physical supply chains.
