What's currently inside Microsoft Outlook these days? I have not used Outlook as an email client since the Win98 days. I'm guessing Artemis crew is using a calendar or synced tasks feature of some kind.

The 2 "instances" they talk about is because now MS has 2 versions of outlook on every install, "classic" and "new". Classic is pretty much what you're thinking, outlook you know upgraded with modern features and with a UI in line with the rest of the office suite. "New" is also exactly what you'd probably expect. Their "new and exciting totally revamped!" Version is able to do the basics (+AI) in a "slick" white spaced to fuck UI and anything beyond that is "maybe someday" territory lol
