Today's agenda included: - Chatting with security over an incident we were on opposite sides of 8 years ago - Putting dust covers on hundreds of cables - Watching Star Trek: The Next Generation with my team - Running around a factory for an hour and a half looking for a replacement 10uF 25V capacitor for a Zenith terminal from 1984 - Creating a continuing education plan for my team that's fun and not insulting - Giving glowing performance reviews to everyone - Being told I have 6 weeks to do whatever I want and get paid for it - Being told we're nearly two weeks ahead of schedule - Strategically reallocate an entire bookshelf of old manuals and linux textbooks to my office - Sitting in an hour and a half in traffic Today was a good day
