so, the best number that I can come up with is that you will only get hit with VAT (via https://www.easyship.com/duties-and-taxes-calculator/netherlands?category=toys&value=40&currency=USD) - so, 21% of the cost of goods + shipping. shipping to NL is 14 USD or less depending on the courier I use. VAT should get collected via the kickstarter pledge manager rather than via the courier.
this is so annoying though :( buying stuff internationally is really fraught right now, especially from small biz :(

@jonbro this is, indeed, doable. But yeah with your current administration, trade is not an option. It is, however, heartening to see nations now making haste in moving away from fossil fuels with extreme prejudice. If that's the trump legacy, I'll take it
