@hisold The special 25th edition does have USB-C charging.
It doesn't have limits on spurious emissions, but at least it has USB-C 🙄

@kc9red You're right. Even though the USB-C port and charging circuit part of the battery and not the radio, I have to let this count. The TD-H3 does it like that as well. Third party batteries for the UV-5R have been around for while. Still no programing over USB though.
