I know it’s true of both ears and anuses, but I haven’t seen any studies about genitals. At a guess I’d think they’re too flippy-floppy for you to be able to reliably identify enough landmarks to use as unique identifiers.

Propably hair will render the scan useless. So for this to work we would need a government enforced pubic shaving policy for all genders.
