@acf You’re probably aware of this already, but just in case: update the firmware, and play with the settings. The one we use (a €4 unit from AliExpress) gave us a hard time until we did that.

@acf In our case we had to modify the startup delay. Otherwise it would freeze the entire infotainment system. The process is not super intuitive. I had to ask an LLM for help because the options were labeled as “Option 1: Value 2” (I kid you not). But the troubles paid off because not only did we fix the issue, but I could switch the annoying LED entirely off.

@bomberstudios I updated the firmware but there’s no settings to play with on mine. :( it claims to be compatible with my leaf (it has an online compatibility checker). I have ordered a Y adapter so can give it additional power from a separate USB socket and after that it’ll be going back. Then maybe I’ll order your aliexpress one instead :)
