Ok smol beans figured I would drop an update regarding how my process is going here in Canada. So far things have been very stressful in getting stuff together as well as prep for the path we have chosen with the lawyer my partner and I have. So far things are moving along and the lawyer feels good about the route we are going rather then asylum. Monday I have a meeting with the lawyer before they submit various forms to keep my status but also things to eventually lead to citizenship years down the line. It's been a lot so far especially in terms of money and this whole process will still take some time as we are doing stuff in phases and granted things could fall through but again the lawyer feels good about our current path so things should work out as my partner and I had to provide lots of info and documents and other stuff. I am truly thankful to my partner and her father for doing all they can to help me and keep me safe given all thats happening back in the states right now. So we are in our final stretch for phase one of the path the lawyer chose for me regarding immigration. There is still going to be a processing time for stuff that will be submitted Monday but so far it should all work out as its just going to be a lot of waiting for approval then we move onto phase 2 once thats all approved. Anyways thats my update smol beans and of course thankyou to anyone here who has ever boosted or donated to me when I needed food or essentials that has also been a life saver.
