@dplattsf I think it was less than a bottle and wasn't good red wine, but we also drained it. One-pot pastas are in my experience a bit hit-and-miss generally.
I can see it could work though.

@solar_chase maybe we should try it again with a bottle of red as a control. Need to get to the bottom of this. ;). PS finally installing solar thanks for all of the wonderful information over the years.
