@emily_s @Aphrodite that's a monitor. I mean, i'm being flippant but most monitors have at least HDMI these days. There are those with bult in speakers but most have at least a 3.5mm headphone jack you can plug headphones or speakers into. I'm using one that way myself and the main limitation is just lack of remote control but you can get around that with a remote controled power switch (smart or otherwise) and controls on whatever your connecting.
