@BartoszMilewski How are page faults faults? Or faults in tennis, for another example? In the latter case it's a legitimate part of the game

@julesh I guess it satisfies the first definition. But notice that it's subjective. A "hallucination" doesn't meet our expectations. But whose fault is it? 1. an unattractive or unsatisfactory feature, especially in a piece of work or in a person's character. 2. responsibility for an accident or misfortune.
