@Andrev @julesh @boarders When I was teaching there it would have been impossible to teach quantum computing in CS because the students don't have, and aren't taught, enough maths. Maybe this has changed, but it was baffling to me how little linear algebra they were expected to know. OTOH making an App is certainly within reach. I used to make CS207 develop a complete game (I.e. implement some cheap board game I found on Amazon.). The best teams produced something near-releasable. This could go much further as a later year course.
