    @leftylabourtech Here's the act. https://www.legislation.gov.au/C2021A00076/latest/text Regarding end-users, children and parents are not penalized for violating the ban (specifically referencing Part 4A). The onus is on big tech to properly control their "service". This is regulation of big tech. Have a read of the actual law if you're in doubt. Again, children and parents are not penalized for violating the ban.
