For Angel Castillo, it'd be the way people were dressed. Any interesting fashions? Garments? Accessories?
What Carlos Velázquez would notice first depends on whether today is a wheelchair day, or a crutches or folding cane day. If the former, he'd be looking for where he can navigate through the crowd versus where the choke points are; otherwise, he's looking for seating.
