the problem with "fake it till you make it" is that once you make it, you have to deal with how you were a lying fucking faker for decades

@miriamrobern Hey, it's a result of us as a society letting antisocial people make the social rules. It's not just "Thou shalt not make any new social rule" [to be ignored by antisocial people]; there's a lot of rules that quite obviously favour antisocial people over those that try to play by the rules.
