This is possible by creating global themes with the wanted customisations, then setting them as light and dark themes to automatically switch between. For example, I made two global themes for my work laptop (React98 VGA and React98 Dark) which use a mix of different customisations from other global themes:

@w8l oh, I see! I haven't really looked into that, I just wanted to keep Klassy for the window decorations.
