Comparing the Wikipedia article on Majavatn with the Grokipedia one was interesting, and probably not in the way you would expect.

  • Grokipedia has lots of stuff on the South Sami presence in the area, written withfairly "progressive" terms even (e.g. colonialism). It's sourced a bit clumsily, but seems reasonably accurate, and the sources are interesting in themselves. Could it be that AI-written wikipedias isn't such a bad idea? It can be very revealing for the model of the world which the language model has built - sometimes even in a positive way.
