Some #hamRadio software has a special mode specifically to measure sound card sample rate via time signal second ticks. I think it was fldigi. I simply let the sound card run for an hour or so and record timestamps each time a new batch of samples comes in. The only outside help that needs is NTP time. @dg3hda @Quantensalat
