I've been trying to decide whether to buy a pannier top bag for my bike. Being an avid scavenger, I always keep my eye open. On the way back from Lidl I saw this little gem chucked in an old flower bed on the street. Good condition, practically new. Why do people chuck this kind of stuff away? Mine now.
