@AmyZenunim IMO, this is bound to happen but has nothing to do with ActivityPub. Threads using AP is more or less just a marketing piece - “See, we’re hip! We federate” kind of thing. I think it’s less about destroying the Fediverse and more about taking advantage of Twitter’s downfall.
